By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this website.

Service Descriptions

Cheyenne County Weed Control provides professional lawn care and weed control services. All service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

Scheduling and Appointments

Scheduled appointments are subject to availability and weather conditions. We may need to reschedule due to inclement weather. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes to your scheduled service.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks will be subject to a $25 returned check fee.

Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Limitation of Liability

Cheyenne County Weed Control shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services beyond the cost of services rendered. We make reasonable efforts to provide effective treatments, but we cannot guarantee complete elimination of all weeds.

Warranty

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our services. If you are not satisfied with the results of a treatment, please contact us within 14 days and we will arrange for a re-treatment at no additional charge.

Intellectual Property

This website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cheyenne County Weed Control and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cheyenne County, Nebraska.
